SHIPMENTS

We ship orders anywhere in Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as Andorra, Europe and the rest of the world.

Delivery will be made within approximately 24 to 72 working hours for courier shipments and ten for shipments by registered mail in Spain. For international shipments, delivery times will depend on the country and the shipping method chosen by the customer. If in any case there is no stock of the requested product, the customer will be notified through the email to retain the order until the receipt of the product or proceed to its cancellation.

TAXATION

All items that appear in the store include the corresponding VAT in Spain.

Shipping and delivery

How can I pay?

We accept various forms of payment, although not all are compatible with all forms of shipping:

  • Credit card: totally secure, links to the bank's server directly. A digital signature will be requested that will depend on each entity (coordinate card, SMS to the mobile, PIN ...)

  • PayPal: it is not necessary to have an account PayPal, although it makes payment much easier, since the data is stored by PayPal

and you do not have to repeat them in each purchase. It also allows automatic account charging.
  • Bank transfer: we send an e-mail with the bank details to make it. It must be completed within 48 hours. After this period, if it has not been made, the order will be canceled and the material will be available to other potential buyers. If it is done from an entity other than La Caixa, it will take a few days to reach us. You can speed up the process by emailing us the proof of payment to tejiendoconlauracepeda@gmail.com

  • Cash: if you are coming to pick up at the store, you can pay when you pick up the package, but in this case we only keep it for you 48 hours

  • Western Union: accepted for orders placed from America, you will have an extra commission since it depends on the exchange rate that Western Union has.

  • SHIPPING COSTS TO ISLANDS

    The shipping costs will be added to the price of the product and will be borne by the customer.

  • * Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra and international orders:

  • In these territories, in addition to the shipping costs and VAT included, there may be other expenses by law that are borne by the customer and that you will have to pay to the courier agency when delivering your order (they are not charged on the invoice), such as

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 2 working days after receipt of the items, provided they are in perfect condition (label without mistreatment and the thread in perfect condition and in its original packaging). Before the return, the customer will have to contact the Weaving with Laura Cepeda team to process the return through the mail tejiendoconlauracepeda@gmail.com, or through the contact section of the website www.lauracepeda.es
This return is acceptable if we have made a mistake in the order or in the event that there has been an error in the preparation of the order Weaving with Laura Cepeda is made charge the amount of the return, and undertakes to make the refund effective within 15 days from receipt of the return. If the customer is responsible for any error in his order we are not responsible for the costs of return and reshipment.

Due to pandemic times we do not make changes of any kind since the balls are of delicate use and maintain contact with other people agednas to our care.
